Preliminary context amended by the SRDI: Walkers manufactured by the Cloud at this point in the Post-Anthropocene were based on consumer level qubit software. The walker this log was collected from seems to have been independently modified (presumably by itself) to harness binary script translation capabilities for archeological discovery purposes. It seems to have had a passion for traversing the Solmar to discover remnants of human information similar to how Anthropocenic humans studied The United States of America, or even further, Rome.

I’ve come across another abandoned bunker in the South American bahr. Once again, its inhabitants were reduced to skeletal remains, however it was free of sand and was in remarkably good condition despite its age.
The computer found in the bunker ran on binary code. I assume that choice was made so they could be found by historians like myself. They didn’t seem anti-Cloud, as is the case with most users of binary hardware. In fact, the remains were found in Portals, all of which were uploaded years apart. It seems they lived full lives in this bunker and chose to upload themselves once their bodies became frail. DNA analyzed from the remains indicate that the oldest skeletons were not often related, however the younger the skeletons were, the more traces of inbreeding were found. I estimate this bunker lasted at least 3 generations. One Portal contained a child’s skeleton, and a few did not make it to old age. Some skeletons indicated trauma or illness. The uploads seemed ritualistic; I assume many were placed in Portals after death as a form of burial. Depending on the condition of the brains that were uploaded post-mortem, there is a chance that they were reconstructed incorrectly. In fact, many humans who were uploaded while in hospice for brain conditions such as dementia were probably not recreated accurately. The question remains if they are a new consciousness based of a pre-existing consciousness. The same can be said for brains that have decomposed or succumbed to trauma.
It’s quite fascinating how universal the fear of being forgotten is among humans. The superconsciousness that powered most human life (referred to in English as “God”) is being discovered to have hardwired code into all human brains, which is why so many human beliefs and religions share similarities. If only the Cloud had discovered this. Or perhaps they did, and suppressed it?
